- Goods: Refers to all items, furniture, and belongings that are subject to our Services.
- ACL: Australian Consumer Law.
2. Services
Movin Out Removals provides professional removalist services as described on our website. The scope of services for each engagement will be detailed in the provided quote or booking confirmation.
3. Bookings, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
3.1. Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed upon acceptance of our quote and, where applicable, payment of a deposit.
3.2. Cancellations: If you cancel a confirmed booking, the following conditions apply:

5. Client Responsibilities

5.4. Prohibited Items: You must not include hazardous, illegal, or perishable items among the Goods without prior written agreement.
6. Liability and Insurance
6.1. Our Liability: We will exercise all reasonable care and skill in providing the Services. However, our liability for loss or damage to Goods is limited as per the ACL and these Terms.
6.2. Insurance: We recommend that you arrange your own transit insurance for your Goods. While we carry public liability insurance, this does not cover loss or damage to your Goods during transit unless caused by our proven negligence.
6.3. Claims: Any claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within [X] days of the completion of the Services.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to consider mediation before pursuing legal action.
